Annual non-refundable registration fee of $100 per family is required before booking our service.

Service Interruption - Service interruption may occur at any time if payment hasn't been received for services.

Service Restoration - Service will be restored only after payment has been received.

Inclement Weather Procedures - T4T will provide transportation in the event inclement weather causes a change in school times such as delayed arrival or early departure

Half-Day Schedule - T4T service will be operational on a half-day schedule.

After-School Activities - T4T service will be operational for after-school activities.

Fees

Fuel Surcharge Fee - There may be a fuel surcharge fee added to the standard rate commiserate with the increase in gas prices.

Late Fee - A late fee of $25.00 will be charged when payments are received after the due date.

No-Show Fee - A no-show fee of $25.00 be will charged when a parent fails to give 24-hour notification when no ride is required. The preferred method of notification is by text message.

No credits are given for missed rides or cancellations. Extreme circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
